Keshia has been an athlete almost her whole life, she was active, and living a healthy lifestyle wasn’t going to change even after college basketball. She is vegan for almost 6.5 years and she realizes that she had a LOT more energy after going vegan. Her skin also cleared up after giving up dairy products. Keshia's favorite vegan proteins are tempeh, TVP, tofu, protein powder, and seitan.
