Lillian Cumic is the author of Hawaii A Vegan Paradise. A vegan chef, cooking instructor and recipe developer from Sydney, Australia lived in Japan for 30 years working in the food industry, including experience as head chef/owner of Cocktail Oz, a vegetarian dining bar. She is the host of Lillian’s Vegan World with ThinkTech Hawaii promoting the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and plant-based diet. Lillian graced the cover of CRAVE magazine, Midweek Hawaii and was featured in the UK’s Vegan Food and Living magazine.
